Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of experience in specialty coffee, barista operations, or beverage service.
- Experience in an upscale restaurant, Pan-Asian restaurant, or premium hospitality establishment is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Senior Barista, Head Barista, or Beverage Supervisor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, specialty coffee, brewing methods, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Proven experience preparing mocktails, signature non-alcoholic beverages, and creative specialty drinks.
- Knowledge of Asian ingredients, flavor combinations, and contemporary beverage presentation is a strong advantage.
- Experience in beverage costing, inventory control, recipe standardization, and team training.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Schedule
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages using appropriate extraction and brewing methods.
- Prepare mocktails, signature non-alcoholic beverages, and creative specialty drinks.
- Apply milk-texturing and latte-art techniques and present beverages to a contemporary standard.
- Support beverage costing, inventory control, and recipe standardization.
- Train team members in beverage preparation and service practices.
