Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Head Barista / Barista Trainer** to lead our coffee operations, maintain beverage quality standards, and train baristas across all branches.
The ideal candidate will have strong coffee knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and maintain beverage recipes and quality standards.
- Train, coach, and evaluate baristas on coffee preparation, latte art, customer service, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher training sessions.
- Monitor coffee extraction, beverage consistency, and product presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering of coffee-related supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company SOPs.
- Support new branch openings and staff onboarding.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal beverage launches.
- Motivate and mentor the barista team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Barista Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, brewing methods, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting practical training sessions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
- Food safety certification is an advantage.
- Experience with specialty coffee is preferred.
- Important: UAE Driving License is Adavantages.
