Role and duration
Cocolily is hiring a Head Barista to lead its beverage program in Al Ain.
The role is a six-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise coffee-bar operations, espresso calibration, and signature beverage quality.
- Train and mentor the barista team on extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Monitor beverage stock and manage daily inventory.
- Oversee coffee-machine maintenance.
Experience and knowledge
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a specialty coffee concept.
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, dialing in, brewing methods, and equipment care.
Availability and preference
- Immediate availability to join in Al Ain is requested.
- Candidates with a valid UAE residency visa will receive priority.
