RFT Gulf is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Head Accountant based in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ).
In this role, you will oversee our financial operations and manage a dedicated 4-person finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic cost management to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, manage, and review the daily work of the AR, AP, and Cost/Logistics officers.
- Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the closing of monthly/annual books and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Cost & Logistics Control
Collaborate with the Cost Accountant to optimize logistics expenses and inventory valuation.
• Compliance & Cash Flow
Manage tax submissions (VAT), audit preparations, and monitor company cash flow and bank reconciliations.
