Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Technician based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The HDPE Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HDPE piping systems.
They will ensure systems are operating efficiently, inspect components for defects, and perform tests during and after installation.
Additional tasks may include interpreting technical drawings, operate specialized fusion equipment, and adhering to strict safety practices and protocols during project execution.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HDPE Piping Systems, including installation, operation, repair, and testing
- Experience in using fusion machines, equipment operation, and reading technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards related to fire protection and industrial piping projects
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on-site
- Previous experience in industrial fire safety systems or relevant technical roles is an asset
- Relevant technical certifications or diplomas, with a preference for candidates with HDPE fusion certifications
- Availability to work on-site in United Arab Emirates
