Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and experienced **HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Operator** with hands-on expertise in **Para Track guidance systems**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating HDD equipment, ensuring precision drilling operations, and maintaining compliance with project and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HDD machines for trenchless drilling activities.
- Handle and monitor **Para Track guidance systems** accurately.
- Execute drilling operations as per project specifications and alignment plans.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and project safety standards.
- Monitor drilling performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain accurate drilling logs and operational reports when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HDD Operator.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with **Para Track systems**.
- Strong understanding of underground utility works.
- UAE project/site experience preferred.
- Ability to work in challenging site conditions and flexible schedules.
