• Oracle Fusion Learning Certification. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). Summary This role requires an individual who can independently own and deliver the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream end-to-end for a US-based implementation while supporting Oracle Redwood process enablement and seeded Oracle HCM AI Agent initiatives across the HCM landscape. Knowledge of Oracle Payroll or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) is preferred to support cross-functional HCM processes.
