This is a unique opportunity to become part of a globally respected maritime organization at an exciting growth stage, working closely with international stakeholders across the marine insurance and shipping ecosystem.

⚓ Investigate, assess and manage

marine and cargo claims

in an efficient, timely and professional manner

⚓ Exercise sound and impartial judgment when handling complex claims matters

⚓ Coordinate closely with international in-house claims and surveying teams

⚓ Liaise directly with key stakeholders including

insurers, shipowners, brokers and maritime partners

⚓ Provide professional claims guidance and support throughout the case management process

✔ Minimum

5 years of experience

in marine claims handling or a similar shore-based maritime role

✔ Previous experience in the

UAE market

is considered a strong advantage

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities

✔ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

✔ Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

✔ Confident user of business systems and digital tools
