Hardware Supervisor – Industrial IoT & Electronics
We are hiring a
Hardware Supervisor
with strong experience in
Industrial IoT, electronics deployment, and field installation environments
.
This role combines hands-on fieldwork with coordination of international hardware projects across
Africa, Europe, and the Middle East
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support IoT hardware installation and commissioning projects globally
- Coordinate field teams, suppliers, and technical vendors
- Support hardware deployment, enclosure/cabling design, and integration activities
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of industrial IoT systems
- Manage technical documentation, RMA processes, and support workflows
- Deliver training to partners, customers, and field technicians
- Support reliability improvements and field issue resolution
Requirements
- 4–8 years’ experience in Industrial IoT, electronics, or hardware deployment
- Strong hands-on field installation and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with industrial devices, rugged systems, or edge hardware
- Supplier/vendor coordination experience
- Willingness to travel internationally
Preferred
Industrial IoT, smart infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, fleet management, or industrial automation experience.
