Manage staffing and resource allocation across concurrent programs and product lines

Partner with Project and Program Management, and Operations to align schedules, budgets, and deliverables with program needs

Drive hardware design standards, design review processes, and continuous improvement across the group

Partner with supply chain and procurement on component selection, vendor relationships, and long-lead item planning

Support proposal efforts with hardware-focused technical write-ups, staffing plans, and basis of estimates (BoEs)

Champion a strong safety, quality, and test culture across the hardware engineering team
