About This Role
Role Overview
Deliver high-quality hair services and exceptional customer experience while supporting client retention and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles, colors, and treatments
- Perform hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, and advanced coloring (balayage, ombre, highlights)
- Provide hair treatments, extensions, and basic makeup services
- Advise clients on hair care products and drive retail sales
- Maintain hygiene, tools, and workstation standards
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members for smooth salon operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years salon experience (Dubai preferred)
- Certified/trained in hair coloring
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed, self-motivated, and flexible with working hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
