About This Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Service & Technical Skills
- Perform professional hair services including:
- Haircuts (women/men)
- Blow-dry & styling
- Hair coloring (roots, full color, highlights, balayage, toner)
- Hair treatments (keratin, botox, protein, repair treatments)
- Up-dos and event hairstyles
- Conduct proper **client consultations** before every service
- Recommend suitable services and retail products to clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage feedback professionally
Salon Standards & Hygiene
- Maintain high standards of **cleanliness and hygiene** at workstation
- Sterilize tools and follow UAE health & safety regulations
- Use salon products correctly and responsibly
- Maintain professional personal grooming and appearance
Teamwork & Conduct
- Work professionally with team members and management
- Follow salon rules, SOPs, and schedules
- Attend trainings, meetings, and skill-development sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum **2–5 years experience** as a hairdresser (salon experience)
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques and treatments
- Ability to work with different hair types and textures
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/French is a plus)
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and team-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
