A Hair Assistant supports hairstylists and salon operations by preparing clients, maintaining workstations, assisting with hair services, and ensuring a clean, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist with check-in and preparation.
- Shampoo, condition, and towel-dry clients' hair.
- Assist hairstylists during cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Schedule appointments and provide basic customer service when needed.
- Support retail product displays and sales.
- Follow salon safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Interest in hairdressing, beauty, and salon services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
