Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional theoretical and practical training in Hair Styling and Makeup Artistry.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
- Train students in haircutting, hairstyling, hair coloring, bridal hairstyles, hair treatments, and current industry trends.
- Conduct training in day, evening, bridal, fashion, editorial, and special occasion makeup.
- Assess student performance through practical and theoretical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
- Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and student documentation.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Keep up to date with the latest hair and makeup trends, techniques, and products.
- Support students in developing practical skills and preparing for employment in the beauty industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Certification in Hair Styling, Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hair styling and makeup, preferably with training or teaching experience.
- Strong expertise in haircutting, hairstyling, hair coloring, hair treatments, bridal hairstyling, and professional makeup techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of health, hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards.
- UAE experience in the beauty or education sector is an advantage.
