We’re looking for someone who leads with heart, communicates with clarity, and brings calm, steady energy to a busy spa environment.
As our Salon/Spa Supervisor, you’ll be the person who keeps the day flowing smoothly — supporting the team, caring for our clients, and making sure the spa feels like a peaceful escape for everyone who walks in.

Supporting Daily Operations
- Making sure the front desk runs smoothly — from bookings to communication to cash handling
- Overseeing client appointments, reconfirmations, and follow‑ups
- Ensuring therapists and receptionists follow SOPs and deliver consistent, high‑quality service
- Handling client questions or concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Creating a Beautiful, Welcoming Environment
- Maintaining the spa’s ambience, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Ensuring retail displays, promotions, and membership offers are updated and well‑managed
- Keeping hygiene, safety, and legal standards fully in place
Leading & Supporting The Team
- Guiding staff with kindness, clarity, and confidence
- Helping with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on performance and operations
- Stepping in to lead the branch whenever the Branch Manager is away

- Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and handling bookings
- Flexible with schedules and adaptable to a dynamic environment
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or retail setting
- A proven ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
