Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and develop positive working relationships with others.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with agency standards, specifications, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to investigate, research, analyze, evaluate, and test software applications, and make program recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Construction methods and materials.
  • Skill in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Skill in the delivery of exemplary customer service.
  • Skill in the use of computers, software, and hardware applications.
  • Skills in training and supporting others in the use of technical software, including the creation and use of documentation, job aids, and other learning materials.
  • Additional Considerations:
  • A combination of training, experience, or education in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field desired.
