About the role

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through the store and available OMNI services; provide direct customer support.
• Engage customers, explain trends and products, and promote products, the loyalty app, and sustainability initiatives.
• Support sales targets and represent the H&M brand positively.
• Keep up with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers; share product knowledge.
• Share knowledge with colleagues, follow procedures and legal requirements, and take part in relevant training.
• Unpack, refill, steam, and care for garments; operate fitting rooms and checkout areas.
• Maintain clean sales-floor and stockroom spaces, attractive displays, and adequate stock levels.
• Support in-store OMNI and technology services, store opening and closing, and applicable health and safety practices.

Who you are

• Passionate about fashion and in-store products, and motivated to provide a great customer experience.
• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Customer-service experience in fashion, retail, or another service-related industry.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented; enjoys collaborative work.

Job status

• Part-time according to the provided employment type. The description identifies the position as hourly and non-exempt.

Compensation

• Sales Associates pay rate is $15.70 per hour.
