Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based in Dubai.
The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive health conditions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
The role includes performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries as indicated, managing antenatal and postnatal care, and providing family planning and fertility counseling.
The Gynecologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams, maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with local regulations and clinical standards, and participate in quality improvement and patient education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine with demonstrated experience in women’s health.
- Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and high-risk pregnancy care.
- Competence in Gynecologic Surgery and related Surgery skills for both minor and major procedures.
- Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completion of accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current professional license and eligibility for registration to practice in Dubai, UAE.
- Experience in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and operating room settings, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong communication, patient counseling, and cultural sensitivity skills, with the ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, adherence to clinical guidelines, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
