Gym Trainer - (Female)

• KBR is looking for GYM Trainer- (Female) for a client to be based on Qatar site.
• To create and implement individualized or group fitness programs, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and ensuring the safety of members during training sessions.
• To deliver fitness sessions, will educate, inspire and motivate members to keep fit and healthy through exercise as part of their daily routine and life plan
• _Experience & Education required:_
• Shall be certified fitness instructor and possess fluency in English.
• Shall have three (3) years of experience as gym / fitness trainer in international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality industry.
• Skills in strength training, power lifting, weight loss training, nutrition, lifestyle assessment, body building.
• Course certification in first aid and CPR
• _Responsibilities and Tasks_
• Lead in group training exercise activities and providing mentorship in safe use of equipment and providing sound demonstrations of gym-based equipment.
• Enforce all fitness centre policies and procedure in a consistent manner
• Motivate club members in group exercise activities, including strength training, stretching, power lifting, weight loss training, nutrition, lifestyle assessment, body building
• Monitor day-to-day all gym activities and ensure smooth function of gym facility in line with QAFCO Safety Procedure and enforce gym rules and regulations
• Record and monitor daily safety checks of the gym equipment, ensure potential hazards are dealt with and reported to QAFCO Representative
• Keeping the gym clean, tidy, every equipment sanitized after use and loose equipment stored safely.
• Check the equipment’s for wear and tare
• Performs any other task as and when instructed by the QAFCO representative.
