Gym Sales Agent (Saudi Only)

About This Role

A fitness sales associate works at the front desk to sell gym memberships and promote services while also providing customer service. They are in charge of reaching and exceeding performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, such as membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, and upselling fitness classes and personal training sessions. This position requires a focus on providing excellent customer service while also reaching sales objectives and goals. Candidates should have an interest in fitness, excellent customer service skills, and sales and marketing knowledge.

Fitness Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during gym walk-ins
• Maintain long-term clientele and grow the gym's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service
• Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio
• Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service

Fitness Sales Associate Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
• Previous customer service experience required for this position
• Good organization and time management skills
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 per month
