The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, driving membership sales, ensuring excellent member experience, and leading the branch team to achieve operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, coach, and supervise gym staff.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and member satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance and achieve KPI targets.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards.
- Handle member concerns and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
