Role
Spirit Level is a hybrid fitness and HYROX gym in Al Quoz 3, Dubai.
The attendant keeps the gym, changing rooms, and showers clean and ready for members throughout the day.
Duties
- Clean and reset the gym floor after classes by wiping equipment, re-racking weights, and sweeping and mopping.
- Keep toilets, showers, and changing rooms clean and stocked; deep clean the gym during the Monday–Thursday midday closure.
- Restock soap, tissue, and cleaning supplies; help coaches set up and pack down class equipment.
- Complete a close-down clean each day and report broken equipment or maintenance problems.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a gym, hotel, office, or commercial setting; the posting later labels this experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain high cleanliness standards independently.
- Physically fit and comfortable on their feet all day.
- Basic spoken English; currently in the UAE and able to start soon.
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 11am–8pm; Saturday–Sunday: 8:30am–5:30pm; Friday off.
- A one-hour lunch break is provided daily; the posting states 48 working hours per week.
Pay and Benefits
- AED 1,700 per month, comprising AED 1,200 basic pay and AED 500 housing and transport allowance.
- Employment visa and medical insurance are paid by the employer; annual leave and end-of-service gratuity are provided as per UAE labour law.
Work Arrangement
- Work is in person at the gym in Al Quoz 3, Dubai.
