Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a skilled Mobile Phone Technician with GCC experience to join our retail shop in Al Qusais, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones and be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair smartphones (hardware & basic software issues)
• Perform screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, etc.
• Assist customers with technical issues and solutions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the workspace
• Manage spare parts and inventory
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Support sales team when required

Requirements

• GCC mobile technician experience required
• Minimum 1 year experience in mobile repair (hardware)
• Experience in display replacement and basic servicing
• Good knowledge of smartphone components and troubleshooting
• Fluent in Malayalam, English & Hindi

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
