Are you a strategic and commercially minded leader looking for an opportunity to shape an innovative product with real social and environmental impact?
We're looking for a Gul-e Director to lead the next stage of growth for our award-winning cross-pavement EV charging solution.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a proven product from successful deployment to national scale, helping make electric vehicle charging more accessible for communities across the UK.
About the role : -
- As Gul-e Director, you'll lead the product strategy, commercial development and delivery model for Gul-e, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Working with local authorities, developers, manufacturers and industry partners, you'll build strategic relationships, develop routes to market and create the foundations for sustainable long-term growth.
- You'll also provide oversight of manufacturing, logistics and operational delivery, ensuring a high-quality customer experience as the product scales.
- We're looking for someone who: -
- Has experience leading product, commercial or business growth strategies
- Can develop and deliver a clear vision in a complex stakeholder environment
- Has strong commercial awareness and experience building strategic partnerships
- Is confident influencing senior stakeholders and representing an organisation externally
- Can balance innovation, customer needs and operational delivery
- Enjoys working collaboratively and creating solutions to complex challenges
- Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Most importantly, you'll be passionate about delivering innovative solutions that make a positive difference for customers, communities and the environment.
