Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Services Agent (Call Center) to handle incoming calls and guest inquiries. The role is responsible for providing accurate information, managing reservations, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Handle guest inquiries related to reservations, services, and general information
  • Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Provide clear and accurate information about services and policies
  • Record all interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams (front office, restaurant, reservations)
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction when required
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality
  • Adhere to company procedures and service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Saudi nationality (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service (hospitality preferred)
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
  • Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospitality or reservation handling
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

الوصف الوظيفي

نبحث عن موظف خدمات ضيوف (مركز الاتصال) يتمتع بالاحترافية وحسن التواصل، لتولي مهمة الرد على مكالمات العملاء واستفساراتهم. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تقديم المعلومات، إدارة الحجوزات، حل المشكلات، وضمان تجربة مريحة وسلسة للضيوف.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الرد على المكالمات الواردة بسرعة وبأسلوب احترافي
  • التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف المتعلقة بالحجوزات والخدمات
  • إدارة الحجوزات والتعديلات والإلغاءات بدقة
  • معالجة شكاوى العملاء وحلها أو تصعيدها عند الحاجة
  • تقديم معلومات واضحة ودقيقة عن الخدمات والسياسات
  • تسجيل جميع التفاعلات في النظام للمتابعة
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية (الاستقبال، المطاعم، الحجوزات)
  • متابعة العملاء لضمان رضاهم عند الحاجة
  • الالتزام بمعايير الخدمة وسياسات الشركة

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

  • سعودي/سعودية الجنسية (شرط أساسي)
  • خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو مراكز الاتصال (ويُفضل في مجال الضيافة)
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة شرط أساسي
  • مهارات تواصل واستماع ممتازة
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع عدد كبير من المكالمات
  • مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة الحجز
  • سلوك مهني وتركيز على رضا العميل
  • المرونة في العمل بنظام الورديات

المهارات المفضلة

  • خبرة في الحجوزات أو مجال الضيافة
  • القدرة على تنظيم الوقت وتعدد المهام
  • دقة في إدخال البيانات والانتباه للتفاصيل
