Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude during check in and check out
Assist guests with reservations room requests and general inquiries
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities services dining options and local attractions
Handle guest concerns professionally and find solutions that create a positive experience
Process payments maintain guest records and ensure all transactions are accurate
Work closely with housekeeping concierge engineering and other departments to meet guest needs
Promote hotel services and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience
Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk throughout each shift
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality customer service or a similar role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude with a passion for helping others
Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn hotel management systems
Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
