We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and efficient manner
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing solutions or escalating as necessary
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing processes accurately
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency with reservation and property management software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist guests
