Raine & Horne Dubai is a vacation rental agency handling short-term rentals and is seeking a Guest Relations Officer for its Dubai operations.

Duties and responsibilities
- Handle reservation enquiries and bookings.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out.
- Resolve guest complaints and support memorable guest stays.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
- Work under pressure and on a rotating weekend roster.
Candidate requirements
- Hospitality background and a valid UAE driving licence are essential.
- A personal car is required; candidates with a valid UAE driving licence and personal car are given preference.
- Guest relations background is sought, ideally in the hotel sector.
- Strong guest relations, solution-focused, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Communicate well verbally and in writing at all levels.
- Ability to work in a team, pay attention to detail, and multitask.
