Guest Relations Executive – Holiday Homes (Dubai)
La Coleccion Stays is a premium Holiday Home operator managing high-end apartments across UAE.
With rapid expansion, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Guest Relations Executive to manage daily guest operations and field coordination.
This is a hands-on role combining remote guest communication and on-site operational supervision.
Working Hours: Flexible
IMPORTANT: Please apply only if you have a minimum of 2 years of Guest Relations experience in a Holiday Homes company or a recognized 5-star hotel in Dubai.
Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest communication via Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA platforms
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and issues
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning quality and conduct property inspections
- Handle maintenance coordination and follow-up resolution
- Support check-in and check-out operations when required
- Ensure compliance with DTCM and building management regulations
- Maintain accurate operational records
- Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to maintaining high review standards
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Holiday Homes or 5-star hotel operations in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own car is required
- Currently based in Dubai
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), Arabic language is a strong plus
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with OTA platforms, PMS and channel managers
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (A degree in Hospitality or related field is a strong advantage)
