The Food & Beverage Guest Relations Executive supports guests during their dining experience and builds meaningful connections.
The role focuses on anticipating guest needs and creating memorable visits.
Guest service and food operations
- Bring a friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively make dining experiences special.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and promptly deliver completed orders.
- Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to support guest and team-member well-being.
