About This Role
Expo 2030 Riyadh – SME Support
- Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.
- Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.
- Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.
- This is not a delivery role — the requirement is for senior, credible input to:* Test and challenge planning assumptions
- Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
- Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
- Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery
Key Responsibilities & Outputs
- **Key Responsibilities*** Validate end-to-end visitor journey
- Review guest services provision (toilets, info, accessibility, etc.)
- Assess dwell time, wayfinding, and service distribution
- Ensure alignment with retail, F&B, and entertainment mix
- Challenge assumptions impacting visitor experience
- **Outputs*** Guest experience strategy validation
- Visitor services requirements
- FAOP input (Guest Experience)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Senior guest experience planner
- Delivered guest experience at large-scale events
- Strong understanding of visitor behaviour at scale
