Guest Experience Expert - Front Office (Arabic Speaker)

Position Summary

Location and Schedule

• The position is based at Marriott Executive Apartments on Rigga Al Buteen Street in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The schedule is full time and the position is not remote.
• The role requires extended standing, sitting, walking, stair use, and movement through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.

Guest Experience Duties

• Guide guests through their entire stay and respond to guest requests.
• Process operational needs and complete reports.
• Share highlights and information about the local area.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Make transactions and service interactions part of the guest experience.

Standards and Physical Duties

• Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Arabic speaker is listed as a qualification.
