Position Summary

  • Guest Experience Experts take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, making transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights
  • Move about the space and do what needs to be done
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
