Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure a warm and memorable arrival experience.
  • Assist guests with their requests, inquiries, and special arrangements.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and ensure any concerns are handled promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to work well in a team.
