Role overview

What you’ll own

• Set creative direction for the design and visualization of client pitches, thought leadership, and client-facing materials.
• Build materials that position EXL as an AI-first product company.
• Craft the team’s brand voice and value proposition and apply them consistently across client-facing work.
• Create joint go-to-market materials with partners such as Microsoft and AWS and with leading industry analysts.
• Partner with marketing and sales to track and support client pursuits from first lead through signed deal, using Salesforce for pipeline visibility.
• Work with external design and content vendors to bring ideas to life.

What you bring

• Strong eye for design and fluency in modern visual styles used by leading consulting firms and AI startups.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, striking visuals and stories.
• Ability to get outstanding work from external creative partners quickly.
• Hands-on comfort with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and management.
• High standards and a bias for moving fast.

Role environment

• The role offers creative freedom, access to external design and content vendors, and a faster pace than a traditional corporate marketing function.
• Work will be visible to senior clients, shape major deals, and serve as an example for the wider organization.
