GSMC DRIVER-SECURITY

Job Summary

RV Driver Duties:

• Transportation : Safely operate the GSMC (Good Samaritans Mobile Clinic) is based on a large-scale RV to transport staff, supplies, and equipment to outreach locations, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance :
• Conduct required vehicle inspections following the maintenance schedule and checklists, including tire pressure, fluid levels, lights, brakes, and overall condition. Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations) and promptly report any repair needs. Ensure the GSMC is fueled, clean, and operational to support Good Samaritans mobile clinic schedule.
• Logistics Coordination : Plan and navigate routes to outreach locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Equipment Loading/Unloading : Safely and efficiently load and unload medical equipment, supplies, and materials as well as following the documentation requirements for outreach activities.

Security Guard Duties:

• Team Safety : Monitor outreach environments to identify and address possible safety risks to the team members, and the Security Manager. Maintain a high level of situation awareness
• Conflict Resolution : De-escalate conflicts with professionalism and respect, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clients and team members.
• Access Control : Secure the GSMC workspace and ensure only authorized individuals' approach or access team equipment and supplies.
• Incident Reporting : Document and report any security concerns, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the GSMC team lead or the security manager.
• Emergency Response : Maintain deep knowledge of emergency protocols and be able to assist and execute them including evacuations or contacting local authorities when needed.
