Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven GSA Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing and growing airfreight cargo sales across the UAE market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders, generating new cargo opportunities, promoting airline and GSA products, and achieving commercial targets.

The role requires regular customer visits, market analysis, pricing coordination, and close cooperation with airline partners and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow airfreight cargo sales across the UAE market
  • Visit freight forwarders and logistics companies regularly
  • Maintain and expand an existing network of freight forwarding contacts
  • Generate new cargo opportunities and secure bookings
  • Promote airline and GSA products and services
  • Negotiate rates and commercial agreements
  • Coordinate with operations and airline partners to ensure smooth cargo movement
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and customer presentations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing developments
  • Develop strategic sales plans to increase market penetration
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airfreight sales within the UAE
  • Previous experience with an Airline GSA, airline cargo division, or freight forwarder preferred
  • Strong existing relationships with freight forwarders in Dubai and across the UAE
  • Proven ability to generate cargo business independently
  • Strong understanding of air cargo operations, pricing, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • We are specifically seeking someone who:
  • Already knows the UAE freight forwarding and logistics market
  • Has direct decision-maker contacts within freight forwarding companies
  • Can immediately start customer visits and business development activities
  • Understands the competitive airfreight landscape in Dubai
  • Is commercially focused, proactive, and confident in developing airline cargo business
  • Can work independently while building long-term customer relationships
