Overview
- Verify GRP piping materials against project specifications and approved drawings to ensure compliance, preventing costly rework.
- Conduct thorough inspections of GRP piping fabrication, installation, and testing, including visual checks and dimensional accuracy, guaranteeing quality.
- Witness and document hydrostatic testing of GRP piping systems, ensuring pressure integrity and leak-free operation, safeguarding against failures.
- Review and approve welding procedures and welder qualifications for GRP piping, guaranteeing the integrity and longevity of the joints.
- Raise RFIs as per progress at site.
- Coordinate with client for site inspection.
- Prepare quality plan and ITP
