Our focus corridors are LATAM, SEA, and MENA.
Other tools explain compliance, but we file it on your behalf with your permission.

Role Description
- This is a full-time, hybrid role.
- As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business expansion in India by building and running the top of Naytive's funnel in India.
- Find Indian founders who need an entity(
- India and/or foreign)
- , whether establishing one from scratch or moving an existing structure across borders, and get them into qualified conversations.
- Build the channels that produce those founders at volume.
- Reports to COO.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include building a lead funnel to accelerate growth, managing sales initiatives, and collaborating with teams to implement projects.
- This role requires a results-driven individual capable of navigating a dynamic business environment while maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Source founders across the full incorporation journey from first-time setups in India and abroad to managing annual filings and compliances.
- Run targeted outbound (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with short, single-idea messaging.
- Qualify hard on fit before booking time.
- Build referral channels: accelerators, incubators, founder networks, angel/syndicate networks, CA/CS and law firms.
- Own partner relationships post-signing so channels actually produce leads.
- Represent Naytive at demo days, meetups, and ecosystem events in key hubs.
- Run/co-run webinars and playbook sessions; convert contacts to pipeline within days.
- Run discovery, scope needs against service tiers, move to signed engagement or request a call.
- Report market feedback (objections, pricing friction, jurisdictional confusion, competitors) to product and leadership teams.

Compensation
: Base + Variable.
