Role overview
Cavène seeks a results-driven Growth & Performance Marketer to generate qualified business leads, acquire new clients, and grow agency revenue.
The agency has an in-house creative team; this role turns its work, portfolio, and capabilities into new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute client acquisition strategies.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
- Target brands, real estate developers, hospitality, food and beverage, and other potential clients.
- Build funnels, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns; develop outreach and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Track leads from first contact through meetings, proposals, and signed clients.
- Work with the creative team on campaigns, case studies, and ads.
- Optimize CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall marketing performance.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities for Cavène.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or growth marketing.
- Strong Meta and Google Ads experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn and outbound lead generation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CRM, tracking, and funnels.
- UAE agency, creative, or marketing industry experience is preferred.
- A track record of generating real business and acquiring paying clients, not just engagement.
