Growth Partner – AI Automation & Marketing (Commission Based only)
Serene Labs is an AI Automation & Growth Agency helping travel businesses scale through AI-powered systems.
Our solutions include AI automation, B2B travel systems, booking engines, CRM automation, lead generation systems, and high-conversion travel websites
We are looking for entrepreneurial Growth Partners to help us acquire high-value travel and tourism clients across UAE, GCC, and other international markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close B2B opportunities within the travel and tourism industry
- Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality brands, and business owners
- Pitch AI automation, lead generation, and marketing solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales (prospecting → meetings → closure)
- Collaborate with founders on growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Existing travel/tourism industry network is highly preferred
- GCC/UAE business connections are a plus
- Self-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital marketing
Compensation
- Commission-only / revenue-sharing model
- High earning potential with uncapped commissions
- Remote and flexible work setup
