  • We’re looking for a sharp growth operator who understands how modern D2C brands actually scale when:
  • Meta drives acquisition
  • Shopify drives conversion
  • WhatsApp drives closing
  • creative strategy drives performance

About Us

  • Unique Aesthetics is a Dubai-based luxury interior / wall art brand focused primarily on premium villa owners and high-end residential spaces.
  • Over the last few months, we’ve quietly built strong traction through a Meta-driven luxury D2C funnel with WhatsApp-assisted conversions, validated creative angles, and an evolving growth ecosystem.
  • At a broader level, we’re also trying to solve a larger gap within Dubai’s luxury residential ecosystem.
  • Most premium villas invest heavily into furniture, lighting, architecture, materials, and interior styling, yet a significant percentage of visible wall space is still often filled with generic mass-market artwork options that don’t match the overall design language of the home.
  • Unique Aesthetics is building scalable workflows combining AI-assisted creative systems, luxury-focused design direction, and modern canvas production infrastructure to create fast, personalized, visually impactful wall decor solutions tailored for modern luxury residential spaces.
  • The long-term vision is to help transform wall decor from an afterthought into a scalable, customizable extension of the home’s identity and aesthetic ecosystem.
  • Now we’re looking for someone who can help us intelligently scale the next phase of the business.
  • You’ll be working directly with the founder in a highly collaborative environment involving:
  • rapid iteration
  • active feedback loops
  • creative testing
  • growth system building
  • strategic discussions around scaling
  • The founder’s background spans luxury branding, advertising, and design environments across Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East, with a strong focus on aesthetics, positioning, customer psychology, and scalable growth systems.
  • This role is probably NOT a fit for:
  • passive campaign managers
  • generic agencies
  • “set and forget” operators
  • people obsessed only with CPM/CPC/ROAS screenshots
  • freelancers managing large volumes of clients with low involvement
  • We’re looking for someone who:
  • thinks strategically
  • communicates proactively
  • understands Shopify + Meta deeply
  • can navigate WhatsApp-assisted conversion journeys
  • understands customer psychology
  • moves fast
  • is comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
  • wants to help build something meaningful long-term

  • Creative testing input
  • Identifying scaling bottlenecks
  • Improving conversion systems
  • Advising on growth strategy
  • Weekly founder growth discussions
  • Staying updated with Meta + AI ecosystem shifts
