We’re Hiring: Growth Marketing Specialist | MZN Bodycare
MZN Bodycare is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist
to join our internal team and help us supercharge our B2C sales.
We are a Saudi bodycare brand built around natural ingredients and self-care rituals.
As we enter a new stage of growth, we are bringing our marketing function in-house and looking for someone who can manage both the organic and paid sides of our digital presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands beauty, wellness, e-commerce, social media, and performance marketing — and knows how to turn content into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MZN’s organic social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels
- Develop monthly content plans aligned with product launches, campaigns, seasons, and sales targets
- Supervise content creation with our designer and UGC content creator
- Write clear briefs for posts, reels, stories, ads, and UGC videos
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
- Monitor ad performance, sales results, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and campaign profitability
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with clear insights and action points
- Build monthly short-term marketing plans and contribute to the yearly marketing strategy
- Work closely with the founder and team to turn brand stories, product benefits, ingredients, reviews, and offers into strong campaigns
- Support e-commerce growth through campaign ideas, product bundles, promotions, landing page suggestions, and customer journey improvements
- Track which content and ads are driving traffic, engagement, and actual sales
- Support influencer/UGC coordination when needed
- B2B lead generation is a plus, but the main focus of this role is B2C growth
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has proven experience in social media management and paid ads
- Understands beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
- Can balance brand storytelling with sales performance
- Knows how to read numbers and turn them into decisions
- Is comfortable creating campaign strategies, not just posting content
- Can write and execute monthly and yearly marketing plans
- Understands Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, GA4, pixels, UTMs, and basic e-commerce reporting
- Has strong Arabic and English communication skills
- Is organized, proactive, creative, and results-driven
- Can work with an internal team and manage content creators/designers clearly and
- professionally
