🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Growth Marketing Manager

  • to lead growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, leverage data and experimentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer lifecycle and accelerate business growth.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, customer acquisition goals, and revenue targets
  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, social media, content, referral, and partnership channels
  • Design and manage customer acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and reactivation initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, multivariate testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Collaborate with product, sales, CRM, customer success, content, analytics, and technology teams to improve customer journeys and business performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rates, retention, churn, return on ad spend (ROAS), and return on investment (ROI)
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, attribution models, and business intelligence platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Prepare growth reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing technologies, digital trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications in Growth Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta, Marketing Automation, or equivalent are highly advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional growth initiatives, digital campaigns, or growth teams preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, attribution models, and performance marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to translate customer and campaign data into scalable growth strategies and measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
