Company Overview
Voicy is a speech-to-text app for Windows, Mac, and Linux that helps people write faster by speaking instead of typing.
Users can press a keyboard shortcut, speak naturally, and Voicy automatically turns their speech into text and pastes it into the text field they are using.
It works across apps, websites, emails, documents, and anywhere else people normally type.
Role description:
Your only job is to get Voicy more downloads and more users.
Your task is to improve our growth rate
without paid ads.
That's it.
It is up to you how you do it.
The basics about the job:
Hours
Full-time or part-time (20h/week) depending on your skill and availability
Locations
Remote within 2-3 hours of the UAE time zone (UTC +4).
This includes everywhere from Eastern Europe to South East Asia
Salary
Up to $3000/month + 20% of all revenue you bring above our standard growth rate.
Salary Example
We make $20,000/month.
We grow at 10%.
Next month we will make $22000.
If your work makes us grow by 20% instead to $24000, you get 20% of the additional $2000 you made us.
Qualifications
- You have worked in a startup before OR you have grown your own product/community.
- You actually do things. You're not a consultant or a manager who strategizes or delegates.
- You have no problem at all telling your manager (me) when I'm being dumb (which is often)
