Trendlyne seeks a Growth Manager to identify opportunities across the user funnel, from casual stock-price visitors to users building complex backtests.
The company provides analytics products for US and Indian stock markets, with B2B APIs and a B2C website and app.
Responsibilities
- Own user acquisition and retention strategy across the marketing funnel, including CRM engagement and continuous user-experience optimization.
- Design, execute, and optimize experiments across SEO, email, referrals, advertising, and other channels.
- Analyze user journeys to understand signup-to-subscription drop-off and improve conversion.
- Grow B2B through partner onboarding, adoption, engagement, and expanded product usage.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build growth features into the platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of growth marketing work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above; management postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in wealth management, investing, broking, or another stock-market-related business; trading-platform experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, and ability to work with teams and multiple stakeholders.
- B2C background and experience scaling a product; fintech experience is a bonus.
- Experience with cohort analysis and conversion funnels, and a focus on product-led growth.
- Comfort with B2B and B2C growth, business-client onboarding, partnerships, and product adoption.
