Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead / Growth Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, offline, event, partnership, and brand channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and business growth while managing marketing teams, external partners, and strategic initiatives.

The candidate should possess strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of performance marketing, brand marketing, event marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.

Experience

within the Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, FinTech, Crypto, or Financial Services industry will be highly preferred.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop strategy, oversee execution, manage teams, represent the company at industry events, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Marketing Strategy and Business Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and growth targets.
  • Identify new acquisition channels, partnership opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and automation initiatives.
  • Monitor lead generation performance and optimize customer acquisition funnels.
  • Review campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Brand and Communication Management

  • Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee content strategy, PR initiatives, media relations, and thought leadership activities.
  • Support website enhancements, landing page optimization, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Strengthen brand visibility within target markets and industry segments.

Event, Expo and On-Ground Marketing

  • Plan and execute participation in industry expos, conferences, seminars, networking events, and sponsorship activities.
  • Manage event logistics, booth planning, promotional materials, giveaways, and branding requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and establish relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Measure event ROI, lead generation performance, and business outcomes.
  • Develop event calendars and identify strategic sponsorship opportunities.

Partnership and Business Development Support

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Support affiliate, introducing broker (IB), influencer, and referral partner acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.
  • Build relationships with media partners, event organizers, and industry associations.
  • Explore co-marketing and joint venture opportunities to accelerate growth.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
  • Assign responsibilities, define priorities, and monitor performance.
  • Establish KPIs and accountability frameworks for team members.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of marketing personnel.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on execution and results.

Reporting and Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Present marketing performance, growth insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Track budget utilization and marketing ROI.
  • Monitor campaign, event, partnership, and brand performance metrics.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Forecast future marketing performance and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across all marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Brand, or Business Development roles.
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, customer acquisition, and business growth strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating events, conferences, expos, and sponsorship activities.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, FinTech, Crypto, or Financial Services industries.
  • Existing network within the trading, brokerage, or financial services ecosystem.
  • Experience managing global marketing campaigns and international events.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, IB networks, partnerships, and client acquisition models.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms.
