Growth Associate

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in media, advertising, programmatic, broadcasting, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or related industries.
• Strong experience in new business development, including prospect research, outbound outreach, relationship building, qualification, and pipeline generation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and develop relationships with prospective clients and agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified opportunities and work toward measurable business development or pipeline targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage prospecting activity and priorities independently.
• Readiness to travel for agency visits, industry events, client meetings, and other business development activities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, prospecting, and AI tools; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
