- Manage and monitor daily greenhouse operations for tomato production.
- Oversee irrigation, fertigation, and climate control systems inside the greenhouse.
- Monitor and control EC, pH, and drain management to maintain optimal growing conditions.
- Track plant health, crop performance, and productivity on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and supervise greenhouse labor activities and daily operational tasks.
- Implement and follow IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practices within the greenhouse environment.
- Identify crop issues proactively and take corrective actions to maintain production targets.
- Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards across greenhouse production activities.
