Provides guidance on identifying, measuring, managing, treating, and reporting risks, emerging issues, and regulatory changes.
Responsibilities
- Own risk and compliance oversight and act as primary risk liaison for assigned product family, group, or pods.
- Build knowledge of platform capabilities and business-segment and journey impacts; support completion of risk-assessment artifacts.
- Engage risk and control partners to review project risks and controls and obtain timely sign-offs for implementation materials.
- Monitor trends, findings, action plans, and remediation; contribute to Day 2 reporting.
- Ensure delivery-framework compliance, including risk-issue reporting in JIRA; identify practice improvements.
- Serve as privacy designate for assigned groups and report privacy events to the Privacy Office.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong critical-thinking and risk-management skills.
- Exceptional relationship management and ability to negotiate outcomes.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
